At Marsupial Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
